Printing and distributing a new album can be a complex production process. While we're extremely confident in delivering, we want to be completely transparent about the risks and challenges that could affect the timeline or final rewards.

Very unlikely. We're making sure our merch is fully stocked!

Manufacturing & Vinyl/CD Gifts - Production Delays

Vinyl pressing plants worldwide are still experiencing backlogs (current lead times are 1–4 months), and occasional quality issues can require re-pressing. Our first vinyl production runs are being done by Heady Wax Fiends, who have successfully delivered hundreds of crowdfunded records on time. Mastered files are already at the plant, with target vinyl delivery in. We've built several weeks of buffer into the schedule. If unexpected vinyl/cd delays occur, digital downloads, merch, and all non-physical perks will still be delivered on time.

Unexpected Personal or Health Issues

As with any human endeavor, illness or family emergencies could slow things down. Luckily, there are four of us with working hands and the ability to ship things, so this isn't likely to affect delivery times - but it's possible, and worth mentioning!

Our goal is to ship the finished album (digital record + all physical rewards) after our release show on March 27th, 2026. We've built buffers at every stage so that even if a few small things go wrong, we'll still hit that date. If anything changes, we'll communicate immediately and frequently—you'll hear from us at least every 3 weeks during the campaign.

Thanks so much for supporting this project! Because this is a crowdfunding campaign, not a traditional store purchase, please note the following:

• All contributions are final. We're treating contributions as donations to help make the van happen. Refunds generally aren't available once your contribution is processed. That said, if you have an issue, you can reach out to us at jesseshantor@gmail.com and we'll find a way to make things right!
• Perks are thank-you gifts, not retail items. Timelines are estimates, and some details may shift depending on production limitations. We'll do our best to deliver what we promise and keep you updated if there are any changes.
• Delays can happen. Pressing an album and printing merchandise involves quite a bit of work, on top of our day jobs. If anything changes, we'll be transparent and keep everyone updated.
• You can cancel only while the campaign is active. Once the campaign ends, contributions can't be refunded. Reach out to us at bansheetreemusic@gmail.com with any refund requests.
• Digital perks can't be refunded or exchanged.
